Deficiency of Service: AO Smith India
Reported complaint the complaint below for Puritee+ Water Purfier on 25thMay with AO Smith https://www.aosmithindia.com/ which has AMC but haven't received services yet. Called 3 times already and then today as well. Is there any use of AMC? Can anyone live without clean drinking water for so long.
Talked to one of the service guy and he informed that the company is not giving them necessary protection equipment and insurance coverage so it is hard for them to provide services during this corona crisis. Not sure if this is the true reason but who is going to resolve these issues. I am pissed off. more

Since most of the Agencies are not able to provide their Services during Corona period,they should extend the present agreement by as many months as they are not able to provide services to their customers due to Corona. more

Problems persists during Covid19 and services may get affected. But the service center should give clean indication as to when the work can be attended. more

On almost all websites of consumer service companies, there is a declaration that due to coronavirus, staff is less and hence delay in service is bound to happen. We also read news about companies taking refuge under force majeur clauses. Hence, delay in service is inevitable and I do not think going to consumer court will help. We need to wait and take action once normalcy returns. more

Send them a Notice if it is under warranty and file a consumer complaint in the District forum for Deficiency in Service and claim Compensation while filing all Documentary evidence. more
