Delay in PF withdrawal process
Dear Sir, I have submitted both forms 10C and 19 duly filledup and signed to Regional PF office , Kolkata on 20th November,2017. At the time of submission both forms are verified and checked by the assigned officer at the submission counter. Still I didn't receive either my pf amount or any message from the pf office. When I contacted the respective officer at pf office, he said that my entry is not displaying in the system. Here I want to add that before the withdrawal process I have transferred my old pf amount from Barrackpore pf office to Kolkata pf office. As per the concerned pf officer this transfer record is not displaying to their system. I have contacted the Barrackpore PF office and they have given me the Annexture-K for this successful pf transfer. Here I am attaching my transfer document(Annexture-K) for your convenience.
Sir , at this situation, I don't know where and whom should I approach to sort the issue and get my pf amount.

Hi, do you have a ack. copy with you for submission of form 19 & 10C . Then you can contact once again to the concern group who is handling your pf account instead of help desk in front office. Still if you feel it has not been effective then you have complained with Adalat PF with all the details with enclosing ack. copy . Definitely there is a reply for you with in 10 to 15 days. if you have registered in grievance it will be settled fast .it may take 2 weeks more

Sir, I have already uploaded the receipt copy of Forms 10c and 19 submission to the Localcircles forum on 14 Jan, 2018. Please check below for the attachments, I have uploaded also. I have registered my grievance also in the EPFO web portal on 10th Jan, 2018. Still there is no response for the same on the web site.Regards. more

You can consider nearly 6 months as time taken by them. I had applied similarly in the month of Nov'16 and received my money mid Apr'17. Whatever they may claim, the government system is still slow. So have patience, else check it by physically going there. more
