they are selling new projects to find funds for old uncompleted projects. so your turn will come when your project becomes old and they will be able to find buyers like you at that time. demand also may come substantially down when the smart cities will come up at other place. today in ncr there is over supply and most of the purchases are speculative which may hamper further appreciation as banks will be forced to recover the amount from housing loan clients due to npa. more

Hi Mr Sanjay The problem shared is rather common with all the builders across the NCR. I am a lawyer and infact dealing with such matters. Dear Friends, I have booked a flat in Today, Canary Greens, Gurgaon in 2010. The construction after 3 years has not even progressed 50% :( Does anyone else in the group also has booked flat in Today Canary Green ? more

Dear Friends, Even I am facing a similar problem. In mid 2009 I had booked an apartment in Unitech Sunbreeze, Sector 69, Gurgaon. Even after 5.5 years, Unitech has not handed over the apartment. We have conducted multiple rounds of discussions and demonstrations in front of Unitech. But all this has proven to be futile. Most of the people have already paid 90% plus of the total cost of the apartment. But Unitech is not willing to commit any delivery date for this project. Looking at the pace of work, I don't think that Unitech will hand over the project in even next 1 year. I would request the BJP government to look into this. Quick handover of all these delayed projects around Gurgaon/NCR will definitely add a few percentage points to India's GDP growth as well. Regards, Kunal Goyal more
