Delayed projects by builders in Gurgaon.
Request new govt. to tighten all the builders of city who has taken hard earned money of buyers and now they are not giving the possession in time.

If Some one is knowing the contact details of Urban Development Ministry pl. help so that we can raise the issue with them. Every month we see in news papers that buyers have demonstrated in front of Unitech and DLF but these thick skinned builders don't awake. We should not leave them to enjoy on our hard earned tax paid money. more

I am in same line of thought with Mr. Sunil Singh, since I also took a Studio Apartment from SUPERTECH (CZAR Suites, Greater Noida) in 2010 wherein the delivery was committed by 2012 otherwise the assured return payment was suppose to be continued till possession time. For the last 2 years I am paying the EMIs from pocket and nobody is addressing the issues. SUPERTECH Head office people says go to customer care and even customer care department is not giving the satisfactory answers. They are also lots of hidden cost involve like Club Membership & Parking, which is not communicated to customers in written and at the time of possession they charge double of the cost for the same. Trust, these issues will be highlighted and addressed shortly so that we can see that India is really transforming now. Jai Hind. more

Leading builders like Amrapalli Group are also delaying their projects at the cost of buyers. Perhaps they are able to do this because of Political patronage enjoyed by them. The new Govt. must move fast to check the unscrupulous builders. more
