Deletion of Sales Transactions

I was surprised to read in the circles about the fact that major food restaurant chains in night are deleting sales transaction from their systems and decided to speak to a couple of managers.

Horrified to report that it is indeed the sad reality. This is serious evasion and fraud.

GST teams must do raids at night at these restaurant locations. more

They never give up, do they? more
It is the main drawback of the Our New system of CST, without proper Vigilence by the Authority concern . The Total Responsibility of Deduction & Collection of Tax from customers, shouldered upon the Traders / Sellers , itself defective without any strict vigilant Machinery at source . Therefore, Such Mall Practices should be reported by the Prudent consumers of all field to the CST Authorities to watch & timely check & save the curtailed revenue from traders before further deterioration of system . more
Not only do they delete it from system, some are smart enough to give bills on heat sensitive paper. The print matter evaporates so we can not prove it un less we take a photocopy within a few days. I noticed this because I usually collect bills from hotel and ask them to stamp PAID. They gladly do it because they know bill details will not bevisible after a few days. Real smart trick. Similarly many petrol pumps too give such prints. The liquor stores NEVER issue any cash memo. The wholesaler pan sopari wala does not give any cash memo even if we ask for even if the amount is 3000 or 5000. These people are evading GST and government prefers to look the other way. Only the honest middle class bears the brunt of NPAs and GST. more
Features are available in POS system/tool to do the same. They also capable to reduce sales figure on every transaction to reduce GST. more
Not only that even issuing wrong bills like bought garments but given bill as textiles or less tax rate goods is a practice between corporate/business as I have seen in in front my eyes !! (this are based in rajasthan/gujarat/delhi these are are hubs for all wrong doings and GST is never followed !! more
