At Delhi airport the situation at security check is an amazing messy one. A free for all with passengers fighting, lines being broken. airline officials must coordinate with security staff to prioritise boarding as per departure. what is driving this mess? more
Yes, this needs to be properly managed with coordinated participation from all agencies without resulting any lapses on security and inconvenience to the passengers. There should be some logics applied and separate ques for the flights departing in one hour- two hours- three hours be managed in an effective manner. Previously, airline officials used to coordinate at the immigration counters to take their passengers from the long ques, however, after the Covid pandemic this is not there any more. more
Security staff is damn arrogant, they behave like every individual is terrorist. Tax payers & good citizens of the country are treated badly. Shame on our system. This is the situation of airport so what we can expect at Railway stations and bus stands. more
Yes, I had also experienced it. This chaos is created due to airlines dictum to report two hours/ three hours before the journey. They should systematise it to avoid such unusual rush at security gate as well as main entrance. more
It is very true. On 2nd Dec we had a unjustiable miss of flight. The passengers were given boarding pass...when reached to the gate after surpassing all the hurdles...they were turned away... The luggage too had gone... They had to wait more than an HR to get the luggage back.... Book another ticket with loss three times higher rate..delaying 4 days.... Very unorganised management of crowd, least concerned, attitude to these people missed flight. This experience was in T3 , Air India flight. more
