There is instinctive intelligence too, as the masses have borne the consequnces of deliberative thoughtful decisions inasmuch as bearing and withstanding peacefully a lockdown. Was that the best decision? Rules may be followed by people who have steady incomes living in the home safety. What about those daily wagers, left by the state? more
