Delhi Corruption Survey: Action Needed

I suspect that bribe givers are equally responsible for the corruption. Re police, if a citizen has broken a law, he will almost always try to bribe instead of paying the full fine. Why not just obey the rules? Re property /land issues same attitude applies; people break rules & then try to bribe their way out. My advice would be : Obey the rules honestly & consistently & bribery would vanish. more

70% corruption increase daily because of Delhi police and traffic police.. if anyone want to judge.. then only for 10 minutes stand near by 100 mtrs in traffic light area.. they Stop any one .. whether its a bike car.. other than this if anyone pick finger on tempo or truck.. then see they can't let them go before taking 💰 more
