Delhi Election Campaign Group

As Nelson Mandela said - "It always seems impossible until it's done"
History was created today!

Since morning people are asking us, did Arvind Kejriwal execute all of this himself?
Who were the people behind this campaign?
So we thought of sharing details about the team that executed one of the greatest election campaigns in the history of India.
In October, Delhi Election Campaign Group (DECG) was formed for the Delhi Elections.
Following were its members:
1. Arvind Kejriwal
2. Manish Sisodia
3. Sanjay Singh
4. Gopal Rai
5. Pankaj Gupta
6. Ashish Talwar
7. Ashutosh
8. Dilip Pandey
9. Durgesh Pathak
10. Nagendra Sharma
11. Deepak Bajpayee
12. Ashish Khetan
13. Rakesh Sinha
14. Richa Pandey Mishra
15. Rishikesh
From ad campaigns to finding the right candidates, from booth management to building an organisational structure, this team did it all in record time and today we have the results in front of our eyes.

In the recently regularized colonies (especially in Delhi), the Colony Layouts/Maps were mostly OUTDATED. Numerous plots were NOT shown in the Map/Layout that was approved by earlier Delhi Government (before State Assembly Elections of 2013). The Owners have Valid Proofs (like Non-Disputed Sale Deed which was obviously never registered). Note that these are not encroachments. Those colonies which were regularized in 2013, was a Much Delayed Decision. Eying the State Assembly Elections of 2013, the then Delhi Government did not consider that many Plots had NOT been shown on the Layout Plans of these colonies. They quickly regularized the earlier proposed Layouts/Maps which were ERRONEOUS and OUTDATED. Many owners had challenged the earlier proposed Layouts. In response, the concerned authorities acknowledged and assured (in writing) that their plots would definitely be part of the Approved Layout (whenever regularization happens). Thereafter, these owners/victims have been repeatedly assured (both verbally and in-written also) by local politicians and concerned authorities that their plots would soon be regularized. But in reality nothing has been done so far. Some people had invested lifetime savings to buy these plots. All these plot-owners were confident that whenever these colonies would be regularized, the Layout/Map will have their plots too (because they had written assurances from authorities). But due to the negligence of previous Delhi Government (of Congress), they were shocked when their plots were NOT visible in the Layout approved by the then State Government. Also note that these plots were Non-Disputed and had single owner always. As part of newly regularized colonies, these plot-owners should also be brought to justice. I request the newly formed Delhi Government to help these victims/owners by regularizing their plots too. Satyamev Jayate ! more
As mentioned by me earlier in circle "AAP ki Dilli", our governments are requested to consider it seriously to make "Medical education absolutely FREE and also the Health services to citizens absolutely FREE". This would definitely prevent/cure all the bad practices which exist in the medical field at present. Doctors charge more, use unhealthy means ( to earn money by emotional blackmailing the patients, etc.,) only because they become doctors by paying huge sums of money at the time of admission and during the course (towards tuition fees, etc.,). Hospitals exploits, charge more mainly due to the heavy investment made by them to provide facilities, expensive equipment procurement, etc., Their intention would be to recover the funds invested as soon as they can (management pressure). Hence, Free Medical education and FREE health services to all would be the BEST solution more
while congratulating it is essential to remember that only 5% of the potable water supplied is used for drinking or cooking. 45% is used for toilets, 20% for laundering and 30% for bath. Jal board of Delhi had been using too much money for its meeting associated expenses and purification which burdened the consumers heavily. 15,000 liters of good water is used to flush 35 kg feces and 500 Lt. Urine per person per year. One click of flush is equal to 18 liters of portable water? That too chlorinated and filtered water. From the consumers side too if purified water is used for drinking and cooking and water from other sources like rain, river or ponds are used for other use, much of the non-performing expenses can be avoided. The tendency of major political parties to suggest septic toilets as “quick fix” remedy (Shouchalayas) can be a serious threat of E.coli infection in future, especially in population dense states more
Congratulation.... and all the best.. more
This election is a watershed moment in the history of indian politics. Kejriwal and his dedicated team have done what nobody thought was possible and most upper middle class had written him off. Kudos to them. Now they should be allowed time to work out their actions plan properly and not hounded by Media again as to what are you doing about your promises from day one itself when he becomes CM. Although Media has already started it on their Channels especially those owned by BJP supported industrialist houses. more
