Delhi failing Swachh Bharat - Central Govt?
Of the 330 crores allocated to Delhi for Swachh Bharat only 2 crores has been spent.
Why is the Central Govt not acting and giving them models to make capital use.
Has the Central Swachh Bharat unit of Govt also failed. The one who collects cess is the one who will be held reaponsible for use, delivery and failure. more

pollution control : we all can contribute in controlling it. apart from vehicles, fine dust is the major cause. the dust between our homes and the road, the dust on dividers . let us at least control, what is in our hands ......................... more

Yes but why we are always looking at Government only, why we as citizens cannot make our own effort to keep our surrounding clean and also educate our neighbourhood to keep cleanliness so that we can live more healthy.... JAGO BHARAT JAGO more

Well all these slogans of Swachch Bharat and India shining were a ruse to garner TRP by the ruling party at the center. It is also clear that the center sees the Delhi CM as enemy no.1 and has almost put half his cabinet ministers behind bars with some or other allegation. Also the labor in MCD and NDMC are being used to stoke fire showing the Delhi Government in poor light so that people no more repose trust in it and are forced to vote for them. First there is a need for cleaning from inside, being honest then only any program would be successful. When middle class are fools then how can projects be successful? more

What to talk of Delhi, Haryana which is also ruled by BJP, the sitaution is no better. May be even worst than Delhi. Delhi MCD is also ruled by BJP. So just saying Delhi Govt. fails may not be the right derivation. It is another aspect where the people are just criticising because of blind supporting and that kind of blame game is very dangerous as far as if we strive for better system in the country. Blind supporting is done by our great media and that is why we have the system in its present form. more
