DELHI FARIDABAD TOLL ROAD : USER RIGHTS - 1

Important update for those using Delhi - Faridabad elevated Toll Road. As per the Clause 15.3 of the Toll agreement, during peak traffic hours not ore than 6 vehicles per lane should que up at any time during the concession period.
Commuters should insist upon this clause every time there are long ques on the toll plaza and ask the operators to lift the barriers and let the traffic go without any toll charges.

A copy of concession agreement is also provided for information of all concerned.

I have seen the copy of the agreement and the clause 15.3 of the said agreement states clearly that the system need to be in such a manner that any of the lane do not have more than 6 vehicles in queue. In case there are few complaints with evidences (the easy way could be to take snap from your mobiles), I can attempt raising the issue with NHAI , Ministry of Surface Transport etc. I would suggest that such complaints could be mailed to DFD concessionaire with a copy to us. Unless we awake, the system is not going to change. more  
Again today morning when queue was longer than 10 vehicle, I also show the print out of the sheet. But Toll collector had refused to accept it. More pity is that cars behind me started honking as I was discussing the matter with Toll collector. more  
Do we have any such clause for Faridabad -GGN.. Queues are pretty long over there more than 40 vehicles per lane more  
Yesterday at 9PM, when queue size is more than 10. I called toll authority and they had denied any such clause. more
