Delhi Govt is not doing a good job on 3rd wave reporting

Some how numbers are being gamed. Only 11,684 have been reported positives today with over 22% TPR. Now the problem is they only did 75% of the tests as RT-PCR and rest 25% antigen.

Everyone knows my views on health minister of Delhi these days. I will just say this dont rely on Delhis data cases are still plenty and people are falling sick in plenty and for many its not mild.

Stay home if u can and if out mask properly. Covid reaches u through trusted contacts, remember that. more

Ok, thats for acknowledging the fact and focussing our attentions onto the matter, but then what is the solution. All the traffic moves from this city, whether someone needs to catch a flight, especially an international one, from the neighbouring towns, coming here for college studies, or has a work of place, but yet one takes these city's benefits for granted. Just for example, Since last 14 years an airport was being considered in Noida, which got approval last year only. Then what gives! more
Not doing a good job of reporting 3rd wave cases, I agree, but technology to track cases is highly robust, for example, if one does a Covid self test using the kit, the results are shared with the government authorities, at Indian Council of Medical Research, and that remains foolproof. Not checking can be the only way the case remains unreported. There are 3 aspects: Problem solving through treatment, attention directing which could be discovering where pandemic spreads and score keeping the statistics updated with case count, reproductivity rate the R number, along with covid caused fatalities. more
What do you suggest should be done? On Tue, 18 Jan 2022 22:13:07 +0530 Seema Mehra wrote > more

Either live with it or leave it. Comparing to all other States in India, Delhi is very small UT and having a population of approx. 2Cr. Delhi has been giving employment to all the States including, UP, Rajasthan, Bihar, Haryana, Kerala etc. Please arrange to check the amount spent on IT by BJP. Its huge and that from our Taxpayers money. Seema is very good candidate for BJP in this general election. She should try for the Ticket. Wish you all the best. One vote from end. more
