DELHI LOCKDOWN

Considering to withdraw lockdown step by step can help to control spread of virus.
Do not allow food selling and eating at road sides.
Sadar, Chandni chowk, INA, Sarojini Nagar and market like this in other areas also should not be open in full. Shops should give alternate day options.
Weekend curfiew should continue.
Tailoring shops, electrical, hardware shops etc can be opened thrice a week.
Hotel , restaurents should open only for home delivaries.
Weekly markets should not allow on roads.
Night curfew should continue.
Get vaccination soonest possible and if required, fund raising from public should be considered. more

Pertinent suggestions, indeed! However, these services are so intertwined into one another that straightening these out may not be an easy task. Mainly because rules are blatantly defied here at every step and there's no check! more
Dear Prakash Sir....I agree with you in toto in regards to Lockdown. Roadside hawkers, fruit sellers, flower seller, Paan Shop, etc. cannot be closed, Though they do not contribute to the rise in Economy but they are one of the biggest vote bank for the Political Parties and a great earning source for Police. If the markets are not opened, then there would not be any tax collection and invariably it will effect the middle class by way of reduced bank interest and higher rate of loans. But the "Patri Bazzar" should be reduced. Whatever may happen it will the middle class or the service class who is effected the most. It will not effect the Businessmen or the Labor. Both the parties will increase the rates of their products or services. Middle/Service class has to pay for it and we can neither protest or call for a strike. We are their to pay taxes for the enjoyment of the Politicians. Cheers more
The above suggestions given by members are very useful however due to excessive population numbers any such opening up leads to surge in cases ... Primarily because Delhi is an over populated city and Secondly because the Delhites do not follow Covid appropriate behaviour. more
Why tailor shops etc. be opened thrice a week?Rest of the statements are fine. Schools and religious places should remain closed. Public be directed to to follow the directives of experts strictly. more
