I would like to point out to Sumanta Nag that Maharshtra has imposed curfew from 8 pm to 6 am.They have also shut down Theaters,Restaurants,Malls and Gardens and Parks. From Restaurants you are allowed only Take-away, no sitting allowed. They have also introduced Mobile testing vans. Compared to all this Delhi is doing so little, when cases are rising most dangerously. more
Imposing a night curfew between 10 pm and 06 am is not at all sufficient cosidering the rapid increase in new infections an deaths. Delhi Government must take more effective steps, like distribution of Masks, More testing, tracking and treatment. Also night curfew to be really effective should be at least from 08 pm to 06 am. more
Essential shopping may need to be done by householders in the evening so 10 pm to 6 am seems alright. You have to curb the late night crowds of young people without masks and social distancing in restaurants malls and public places. more
It seems that except imposing night curfew, the Government has no other manner and method to contain pandemic? It seems that whole of the movement is done between 10.00 p.m. to 5.00 a.m. Why the Government is not coming forward to distribute "Masks" at no cost where the number of cases are going high and/or keep the pandemic area under control for few days or may take other steps to increase testing etc. more
Restaurants and Malls are the most dangerous spots for spreading through large numbers of young people in particular who do not wear masks or keep social distancing. This crowd can be reduced through night curfew even during 10pm to 6am. more
Will it be possible to prevent Covid-10 by night curfew. Govt. Should take strict measures to curb this pandemic. more
Evening crowds of young people without masks or social distancing at restaurants and malls or public places need to be reduced immediately. So 10 pm to 6 pm curfew should reduce this major source of infection. more
