Delhi not testing properly in right places

In Delhi's 92 containment zones, where 3.4 lakh people have been confined, only 5,619 tests have been done so far. This is 1.6 % of this high-risk population that is supposed to be a prime target of the government's testing and surveillance strategies to combat Covid-19 spread.

Delhi Government and Central Govt must right this. more

Yes. Right said. Delhi Mehrauli area is a containment and no test has been taken as of now. There are many cases reported, but authorities not take care for testing. A high-risk population in Meharuli is congested housing construction . more
We are terribly short Testing Kits . At this junture we are also ridden with controversies on the imported ones .This present situation is an abnormal one , where all are learning . But what ever we have learnt now should stay put for the next "war footing activity " The biggest contributor will no doubt be the congregation of the Crows . more
To demand/criticise was always easier than to understand; history delivers uncountable examples....and we needn't step outside the domains of Ramayana and Mahabharata for that. Statistics are valid only if these are based on a representative section, preferably a majority. Jumping to conclusions over results of tests conducted on not even 1 % of the population and especially with not sufficient testing facilities, and passing the blame-buck on to the government, is not fair. On the contrary, public appreciation is required on this platform for the efforts the government is undertaking in this critical situation/juncture the country is facing. Encouragement would be more appropriate here than criticism...... Self-questioning on "what is my own contribution, other than criticism to assist to assuage the woe?" would be more appropriate, right dears? more
Why to target Delhi only. In the country of 1.30 crore people only 6 lakh test has been done. Now you can get the percentage. This is the figure provided by the Govt of India. more
I do not know from where you got this figure. When a certain number of Corona +ve cases have been declared and are being updated daily, don't imagine that those are without any testing. So stop giving misleading and imaginary figures.
