Delhi police should be under Delhi Admin and not under Home Minister. Other wise how can the Delhi be Chief Minister be held responsible and accountable if he has no power and authority over Delhi Police. In this case the Delhi Public should be again ready to hear replies as was from Ms Sheela Dixit, some oelse is responsible could be nature in natural calamities or any other but not she. It's just a depiction of frustration for Delhi Chief Minister where public is making him responsible for all the rapes and crimes where as all power is with Home Minister who seems to be also corrupt if it's true as informed his retiring secretary put allegation that he takes bribes for all police postings/ transfers. more

Dear Nitin Sachdeva, I have read your long comment though I was aware of all the facts and doesn't want to discuss again to put my views that there was a system for positive change and it hppened also. Now, my one point here was that Mr Arwind Kejriwal has also ignored delhites protesting in front of his Sachivalaya. Read my earlier comments also, I have clearly mentioned that people will give AAP chance to control Delhi Police as well. But in current situation it seems that Mr Kejriwal is also ignorant people and trying to become only popularist. Regards, Ajit Kumar Sinha Sent on my BlackBerry® from Vodafone more

Dear Mr Ajit kumar sinha...different people have different views and we all have the right to disagree is something known to both of us and we should avoid giving lessons to each other to learn it... Now talking about the rotten system.... With reference to the present situation we are discussing...It refers to the"executive"system... system has judiciary n executive as part of it... Since we are discussing about the executive part of system... pls take it in that spirit.... Now need to understand the nature of system... It never gives in to people's demands easily... rather tries to protect its privileges...AAP is in power not coz of this system but coz of using the powers given to a common man by constitution of India to use it..Further strengthen by EC of India... system had their issues even thn but cud'nt do anything coz of constitutional status of EC...n we all know the fight Mr TN Sheshan had to put fr this.. On 2nd note. ..dharnas r not meant fr in the spot solution but to put the issue on Centre stage.... The fact that a lady is fasting fr 9 yrs in North East is unheard itself says enough about system..d system listens to those who raises their voices.... Full statehood Bill is lying with the standing committee fr last10 yrs but Bill to avoid RTI gets cleared with in minutes... By the way Mr Arvind kejriwal is not the first cm to do so... only difference is that he was not doing lip service like others... respect your views more

Dear Nitin, different people may have different view, first try learning to accept it. Before writing rotten for the system, our democratic system is not rotten that has been proven. AAP has come into power using the same system. When Mr. CM questions our republic, in which he was allowed to become CM, and threaten to stop R'day celebration then its anarchy and becomes threat to our democracy. He should concentrate on improvement of departments under control of delhi govt. People were on Dharna in front of his office but instead of talking to them he started another Dharna. Was he not supposed to speak to citizens of delhi on Dharna in front of his office, is it good governance and responsible govt. Led by Mr. CM? Talking about Anarchy and governance is not fashion but AAP leadership is forcing for it. Today he is not having control on Delhi Police, Tomorrow he will not have control on Rajyasabha (in case he gets chance to form union government) after that he may not have control on President, judiciary, press etc and he will try to utilize all these as excuse for not giving good governance?
