Delhi Water Problem and failure of colleges

Delhi remains stuck between two water problems throughout the year. Too much water or too less water. Delhi NCR has one IIT, DTU, one IIIT, one NIT and many other engineering colleges. If we are not able to solve these problems, the colleges are waste.

What are all the professors and researchers doing? more
