A few days back TOI - Delhi edition carried a News Article with picture of College Students demonstrating with placards asking for Right to use Marijuana...Yes...they want it legalized so that they can enjoy Legally substance abuse. I wonder where these kids get these ideas when they should be concentrating on their studies and career. It also shows that children are either not under parental control or have become a rebel. Take Gujarat for example: Total Prohibition and in Delhi kids say: Yeh Dil Maange More. I suggest TOTAL BAN on alcohol all over India. In many States, alcohol is the main source of earning for the state and without doubt the production would be a business of some or other politician or his family members. more

The following will help stop the menace 1. Population control through family planning as the poor have more than 3 children per family who they can't take care of. These children are trafficked, abducted, assaulted, etc. 2. Curbing the drug menace at source - the producers & suppliers. As suggested in the post 3.
