I am Provin Dutt retired Bank employee joined my Bank to help the people without any consideration like thousands of other retired Bank employees are doing across the country. Every solution have always some negative points but to get a better result we have to bear the problems. I do agree many people facing wedding events crises. They may be help by their family members and friend circle. It can be resolved by some what. For my last four days experience in Indrapuram-I have find the following points to share with all of you and as the same time appeal to you : 1. We are facing huge problem for cash as we all are habitual to get the case in one push through ATM 42x7x365 . we can face this issue without having any complaint once we start thinking about terrorism fund through black money and death of our Brave soldiers every day on our Borders. 2. Crises are there but even milkwala and subjee wala and Partune wala are extending the small credits to every body to up date his sale also. 3-In Bank we do not have enough cash to distribute and replace the all replacement but some thing we can share with each other. 4-Last some experience: a) Most people who are creating fuss in front of Banks most of them are contact labors are changing black-money for their contractors. b) people are not accepting the cash available. Please accept what ever available and solve the problem. C) People are not using the credit card/ debit card / neft and other electronic channels. Just to adjust their unaccountable Money and they are only creating fuss for their own greed. d) How much we require for a week to run our urgent requirement to survive for a family of 6 people-I hope may be 2 to 3 thousand. But to adjust and help our employers / contractors un accounatble money, we are pulling our old parents handicapped children to get exchange @ Rs:4000/- each. Please do not oblige such people. e) Stand strongly in hospitals / medicine shops who are not accepting the 500 & 1000 rupees and help the community. f) Today in Ajj Tak "one person was shouting Govt ne mar dia medical ka karcha kese karu mere sasor ke operation ke lie 10 lac kese do" Just think whether this man are not able to this money because of 500-1000 rupees are stopped on 8th Nov. Can't he pay through cheque / Debit Card or Sara number 2 me payment karna tha. App kudh sochia? Sochie Sochie Sochie. The problem of long Q's could have been solved with the old and committed bank employees who have since retired . Their application up to an age of 65 ( or above if possible ) for the sake of NPA recovery or such any other work for an year or so .The problem would not be there as the retired work force was amply able to deal with the customers provided enough cash was there in bank branches. I wish government or banks still ask for their services and there is no reason for the retired bank employees not to work for country's good . Friends, There are two important things when we go to do some thing which affect lot of person. First the intention and second knowledge and planning to do a job. Suppose a doctor teats a patient with all good intentions but due lack of knowledge or lack of care patient dies what you will do. I am certain the relatives of patient will beat up the doctor and will destroy clinic and police will register a case. In this case the intention of the Government is a failure. Imagine if Government goes to war with Pakistan with such poor planning. In my opinion the basic that that you are with drawing the 86% currency from the market. In my opinion following steps were must 1- They should have introduce currency in some form say notes of Rs.200 denomination 2- Rs. 1000 note should have been demonetized first Rs. 500 note to be demonetized after one month 3- New notes should have been designed to suit the available ATM 4- Some incentive to public and traders and other stake holder to use the electronic media for transaction. There could have been some more steps besides above public is cooperating other sufferings are too much specialy senior citizen who are not living with their childeren for reasons beyond controll more
