Demonstrations s against Supreme Court judgement

The SC/ ST act was reexamined by the honourable Supreme Court in view of the frivolous cases being foisted by the benefitted communities in some states .
To protect both the SC/ST communities and the common citizen from being involved in false cases it was revised.
But is it not sub judice?
For others it is viewed seriously but when a huge group backed by politicians orchestrates a nation wide demonstration for votes sake is it not Subjudice?
The judgement has taken out the misuse chance but kept the law.No dilution of law has taken place.
They are forcing govts to contest just to please the communities .
Other wise the judgement is a welcome decision. more

1. The Wealth and Produces of Scheduled Areas since decades had been set for Loot, Robbery and Smuggling. None protested even ONCE. 2. S.C./S.T. Leaders also did not take interest in taking the Constitutional Benefits to their Men and Places. Many Places of Scheduled Areas have been under influence of Naxals and even Maoists THOSE STAGING CHALLENGES TO THE GOVERNMENT STOPPING EVEN THE public amenities and facilities decades together. 3. S.C./S.T. Leaders never urged or campaigned for Education and Healthcare issues for their Areas and they never moved S.C. also suitably and they never urged for CURBING ROBBERY OF THEIR PRODUCES AND NATURAL WEALTH. 4. The rivalry raised with in the B.C. Community due to Reservations to others like Kapu/Naidu Balija, Gujjars, Jatts etc., PLANTED RIVALRY WITHIN S.C. AND S.T. COMMUNITY ALSO IN TELANGANA State as confirmed in Media. 5. There were many Politically created issues of different Communities AND , NEVER THE ANTI-SOCIAL ELEMENTS were punished suitably though Revolt against Governments, Courts, Public Properties stands anti-national. Some Times, Deaths were also taken place in such issues. 6. It has become a practice to protest against the SUPREME COURT too as has been observed in many times . High Courts and Supreme Court also could not control the issue of such anti civic issues . 7. This is all due to the dirty politics played with Castes by the Political Rulers and, the willful neglect of Governments in enforcing Law and , the Order in Civic Citizen Responsibilities DECADES TOGETHER . Constitutional and Legal Reforms that awaited only is the remedy to Control Law and Order , Corruption , Justice AND BRINGING AWARENESS IN THE PUBLIC OF THEIR REAL RIGHTS TO LIVE AND LEAD with the Constitutionally Guaranteed issues of JUSTICE, SOCIAL , ECONOMIC AND, POLITICAL with Secured Education , Earning Facilities , Safety and Security of men and their places . more
A person is born in poverty by virtue of his own poorva karma. Agitation & demanded rights & enjoying things without doing the work is another bad karma. Those who work hard only have right to ask for some concession or help from the govt. This help or concession should immediately stop if anyone is sitting & becoming lazy. Democracy is a failure, justice system fails for it itself wants VOTES more
Ultimately protection should uplift as and when it lasts. Equal opportunity involves the increase in job opportunities and skills matching to expectations. No one questions the merits of caste creed at this juncture. more
