Mr.Krishnakumar Devanathan, I suggest, u follow water theraphy. Briefly, I'll try to explain as under: Our body tries to throw out the unwanted stuff formed/accumulated (free radicals, toxins etc. or we call otherwise as Vatha, Pitha & Kaffa in the body owing to the metabolic n ketabolic activities of our life. Our body needs to be sufficiently hydrated to effectively enable our body, in this process of cleaning by itself. Further, because of our daily activities like breathing-out, sweating through physical activities, urination, digestion of food-in-take n excreta, certain amount of de-hydration takes place from our body, which also needs to be replinished to maintain the healthy weight of the body, i.e. two third of our body weight should be water while one third is the wt. of our all parts of the body, say muscles n bones etc. Water theraphy prescribes 1 ltr of water per 20 kgs of our body approximately. If u r 60kgs, u need approx. 3 ltrs water a day, (although it is not rigidly but by & large, owing to various factors like nature of physical activities, type n quantity of food consumption, climatic conditions etc.). Equally important is, 1/3 of this prescribed water should be consumed on empty stomuch immdtly. after mouth wash. Remaning 2/3 must be consumed much before break-fast, or lunch or dinner but avoid drinking while eating n also for at least 3 hrs. after eating food / every meal. Better to finish the entire limit per day, before 7 pm in order to have sound un-disturbed sleep at night. In case the climate is too chill, u may prefer luke-warm water, storing warm water in a flask. This water theraphy, if practised properly, the body will cleanse the systems more effectively n set right the various systems functioning in our body.
