Department are blank about GST

In Hyderabad I have filed Tran1, but it is not accepting reason I don’t know, I have filed 3B, GSTR1 of July, now I have filled all the details in 3B of Aug it is just saving unable to submit It gives me message that last month 3B not filed but I have did. Now past Aug Iam receiving daily notice for that, Today went to CTO office for help they are not willing to help they have created helpline no. 18004253787 but if you call on that number it say Number does not exist. It is request to department that they either guide us or if not please stop sending notices more

You may have submitted GSTR 3B but not filed it. Submitting and filing are separate steps. First you submit, then check liability, create challan and make payment or adjust liability against ITC credit. After making payment or utilising ITC to set off liability, you can file GSTR 3B. Please check whether you have followed above steps for July. Only after completely filing GSTR 3B for July, you can file for August following same procedure. Hope this helps. The Helpdesk No. for GST tax payers is 0120 4888999. You may have to hold for sometime before someone attends your query but they are quite helpful. To get faster response call after 6.30pm. I think they are open until midnight. more
They are not blank. they are passing through forced condolence period. They have lost their parents and lives due to GST. Most of them are in depression. They have become like MTNL employees who were once regarded as Kings. They have lost a major part of their hafftta empire. Their extortion kingdom and so on. So for some more time you should not expect much from them. VAT , Service Tax and Excise Depts are the most vocal opp0nents if GST. The govt will to depend entirely on System to implement GST. more
we were told that business would be easier.with Gst has become complicated and i have to be in my office of a small enterprise figuring out GST. Why so many returns. In VAT there was one simple return of input and output and we paid tax monthly. Why so may different taxes for goods. Life has become very complicated-thanks to the politicians more
Indian manufactured product were costly due to excise + Vat while Imported were cheap.
GST will introduce fair competition an in long run results should be better. Please co-operate 2-3 months. more
Bring this to the notice of FM Finance Secretary by email as also by post as generally they do not care to open emails sent to them. You have to live with this. more
