Quality is an issue. On 5-03-2017 at 3.15 pm I purchased masala tea and coffee. Quality of coffee is average. Quantity 100 ml. I am not sure. You must keep a measuring jar. Qualty Checks should be done by station incharge and a report uploaded. Railway users should give a rating on 1-5 scale in this forum like AIRBNB or hotel portals. Why Senior officials are silent on quality issue?? more

I wish the software designed is updated so as to show the available berths like lower birth, Upper berth, middle berth, side upper and side lower even before confirm booking tickets. When women with little children and senior and super citizens book tickets after checking available seats, they are stranded when they are allocated upper berths since berth alloted is known only after booking the tickets. In that case, they have to cancel the ticket and search some other trains or even change their mode of travel. They have to cancel the tickets booked and hence lose huge money. Had the software is updated so as to show the seat, berth and coach before confirming the booking it will avoid so many difficulties faced by common citizens. Hope the authorities will take note of it more
