Detection of Adulteration in Milk
We have been consuming Amul Milk for the last
more than 15 years as there have been complaints in Mother Dairy milk and so Amul remains to be the only other reputed brand. But at times we feel the taste is different or on boiling also seem to create 'JHAAGS' like soap water.
Is there any easy method to check at home whether the milk is adulterated or contains some synthetic material not. more

Yes, we too have Amul milk and get the same zhaag if I boil the milk second time. But other milks are even worse, they smell different and taste little bitter. They add many chemicals for preservation. more
