Dhbvn electricity billing
Last month they did not give proportionate stage wise rate for 4 months bill this time the bill reading15/8/16. Bill delivered on 21/9/16 after the last date for payment 20/9/16 altered the date as 24/9/16 but will it take this in computer we are not sure and may charge penalty. They must give minimum10 days time from date of delivery of the bill to payment date. Most of them may not be able to pay on 24th as it is bank holiday also. So they will be minting through penalty for delayed payment which is unethical enrichment by public utility

DHBVN is not responding to consumer's complaint because the consumer is not complaining. Pl. write to the following and demand a response to the issues - 1. Administrator huda Every child, women, senior citizen , colony and RWA should demand action for the EDC, IDC paid for these services and the service should be delivered to your home. more

I fully agree with the issue . I Fail to understand the reason why a date is not fixed for billing cycle and payment accoring to dates having 15 to 20 days for payments . more

Funny thing is that this month we almost got the bill with 2 times than the usual bill. No explanation given when I visited sector - 31... Waiting for Acche Din ..... more

Hi mr kamat I'm very much agree with the issue u have raised its going pathatic day by day since we have new government..earlier they use to send the bill every second month now its in 4 months nand huge amount that also one has to clear in a couple of days ..difficult to understand what dhbvn ppl do rest 3 months although now the work is also divided..better they should improvise.
