Diabetes- switch to low carbo hydrates

I came across this comments by a diabetic person in DIABETES INDIA in Health Unlocked which I thought of sharing with members.

Switch to LOW CARB HIGH FAT DIET and enjoy

(1) Lower sugar levels
(2) Lower medicines (or even eliminated completely)
(3) Lower Triglycerides
(4) Lower weight due to FAT being burned
(5) Lower Trig to HDL ratio which reduces chances of Heart Attack.
(6) Lower A1C so better for heart and reduces complications.
(7) Lower visits to doctors
(8) Lower Medical Bills
(9) Lower inflammation in body
(10) Lower insulin in circulation so less water retention
(11) Lower loss of magnesium due to lower insulin in circulation
(12) Lower Blood pressure and less constriction of blood vessels due to lower insulin levels in circulation.
(13) Lower HUNGER Pangs

No FAT is Bot BAD for heart. --- CARBS definitely is.

On last count i think there are 30 or more Diabetics here on this forum who have switched to Low Carb High Fat lifestyle and are reaping benefits within 24-48 hours of switching.

Always lower your medicines if you are on drugs and switch to LCHF

What U describe should be for a layman or general public. Give details in general terms. That would add to knowledge of general people and not a few who know technical terms. more  
Dear Vijendra bhargava, Please follow chichats of last month by Raja chandra, Dr.Anita and myself on what to eat to manage diabetes. In general eat more alkaline products and less acidic to maintain pH between 6.5 to 7.3 otherwise you are sick. more  
This is very vital information and at the same time if we get details about what to eat and what not that will help in maintaing Diabetes more  
Carbohydrates should be chosen according to their glycemic index. more  
Please give detailed chart what to eat and what not. more
