When one fulminates about the accused being son of a political heavyweight, one must also know that the complainant is also daughter of a bureaucracy heavyweight. So at most it could become a trial of strength between two heavyweights and in such cases, truth and justice very often loses out. more

Sir I have a very hard question to put before you. Do you want a system where a female go with a complaint and then the person should get arrested and hanged in the public. Before you say yes please analyse happenings in India where most of the complaints are turning out to be fake. If you want such system there need to be credibility of the complaint with the same punishment to the fake accuser. more

I agree completely here. There is no reason why we have elected BJP, if these continue as the previous Indian Govts. The will certainly see in the next state level elections. more
