Diesel SUV
We have a diesel SUV which will be 10 years old in early August. Can this SUV be driven in Noida after that time? Seems like Delhi is banning it from being driven due to NGT rule? What options do we have to sell this SUV. It only has 90,000 kilometers on it. more

Hello Yes, you are right . As per new rules you can only use disel car for 10 years and petrol for 15 years respectively. But you can sell your car to someone . They can use the car elsewhere like Punjab Himachal MP . If you got caught by traffic police in Delhi they will seize your far straight away. While in other states rules are not strict . Many people are doing that . My inova got seized 6 months back . Than I sold my another car to my family friend in Agra .
