difficult for the tax payer to keep track
As GST Council is making every now then/frequently for GST Returns filing and it has become difficult for the tax payer to keep track of the same, as earlier the council said from this financial year it is making One simple return which takescare of everything. (ie., Sales, Purchase, tax liability etc.,) instead of doing that it is preponing the due dates of Returns !! like GSTR-1 now due date is 10th of the succeding month (for earlier month sales data eg for May 18 it is 10th June) even for april 18 month it is preponed to 31st May 2018 and earlier date was
10th June 2018, like that this GST Council is making life hell for tax payers/dealers as frequent change of date is not communicated either thr mail or public annoucement !! it is very disheartning that instead of making life easy for tax payers they are making it difficult, I urge make one simple Return from June 18 onwards !! more

somehow the public/tax payer will be brought or land on the wrong side of the wonderful rules made by persons who are not affected by the rules they make , actually they are making the tax payer do their donkey work, actually the taxpayer should only submit the purchase and sales statement and let the GST department do the rest. After going through the purchase and sales they should tell us what to pay. W are paying through our nose to the CA's to get things ready , and then if there is any error the tax payer is treated as a criminal and penalised. We were slaves under the British and now we slaves of the Government. The tax payer always ends up with the fault and get penalised. more
