Difficulty in Transfer of EPF

After getting a UAN no. on EPFO portal, I tried transferring my EPF from my previous company (Ranbaxy), but it fails. After checking with concerned Dept in my current Organisation, they say that since Ranbaxy is part of Trust, hence I have to apply for transfer through hard copy correspondence. Wish to seek solution in thus regard from learned and experienced professionals in this group. Thnx.

You are not the only person. I retired in the month of April 2015 from AtoS India but still I have not received my dues. Constant follow up is also not yielding fruits. I am thinking of escalating it to Labour commissioner for gratuity at Sion and EPF commissioner at Bandra.Dinesh Gohil On Monday, October 26, 2015 11:30 AM, Satish Pandey wrote: more

You need to send Form 13 to your previous employer Trust for issuing Form K giving details of Employment and contribution made and Cheque/ Demand Draft in Favor of EPFO, with Concerned Regional Office. As advised above you may download Form 13 from EPFindia.gov.in under Employees Section. more
