My mother (motherland) is great, but my brothers are clowns! - from the Modern Guru. Most of the primary healthcare information can be easily computerized, converted into local language and given free to people. In Switzerland when you visit a doctor, there are free printed information on every common disease and treatment available. Medicine shops/pharmacies have a computerized list of common symptoms, diagnosis, and homeopathy/non-prescription medicine, and so on. In India, for the masses which may not be able to read and understand, create videos in local languages for first-aid, basic hygiene, CPR, etc. on TV and as a internet public service internet TV channel that can be watched on handheld devices. Talking about videos, I saw in Hyderabad, an overweight doctor was teaching how to develop muscles through extreme sports. more  
Good! But this should be supplemented by demonetization also. All Notes of Rs.1000, 500 and 100 permanently withdrawn from circulation. more  
To reduce corruption All shops/ cinema theater/ Petrol Pumps shall do transaction compulsorily to receive money on line through debit or credit card. All the schools & collages shall receive fees through debit / credit card. on bus/ taxies/Rikshawa's / Railway/ Electric Bills/ Municiple Bills only debit or credit card shall be made compulsory. In all Govt offices/ Private offices transactions shall be strictly through debit/ credit card/RTGS/NEFT. this will reduce corruption. Payments received/ Paid in cash/ Shall be taxed 5 %. more  
To protect/ safe travel of women in trains my idea is while allotting reservation the seats or berth near door shall be reserved for the young boys of age between 18 to 30. there shall be category whether they want to work as a volunteer during travel in reservation. Those shall be given some rebate in ticket. Further when they board in train they shall be given appointment letter for duty in train. with Khaki Jacket & Lathi. The shall be taken back after travel. Such Boys/person shall two three rounds in compartment during travel will make safe travel. they shall make aware during travel if some this happens whom to report. this will make safe travel. more
