Dirty Train Toilets - postponing going Holding the urge to pee

Only when you or kids have to go in a train and the toilet is dirty

1. It is obvious that you don't have to drink water, but if possible, don't even think of water.

2. If you are alone, try stretching your legs. This will feel difficult for a few seconds, but you would feel relaxed soon.

3. Don't change your positions frequently. If you are sitting, remain in that position for as long as you can.

4. Scratch the lower half of your calf.

5. If you are standing, cross your legs; if sitting, don't. The science? While standing, crossing legs would compress the bladder while crossing your legs while sitting would put pressure on your bladder.

6. Increase the temperature of your surroundings. Either take a warm blanket to cover yourself or switch off the AC.

7. Avoid laughing. Yes, it would help if you stay away from the one friend who always makes you laugh. more

We are in the habit of blaming the railways and the government for each and everything instead of sharing any kind of responsibility. The passengers are largely responsible for making the train toilets and the wash basins dirty. After using these majority of the passengers do not even bother to flash the toilets and spread water in the wash basins after use to ensure that the dirt he/she spread there in are washed away and we expect to get it done by the railways. People in other countries pick up the dry rubbish noticed on or besides roads and put in the nearby dust bins but what happens in our country? We simply throw such things on roads from our houses, mercilessly spit on roads even without bothering for those besides us only to pick up and make clean by the municipal people and if not done by them to curse the government! Until we change our attitude, there will be little improvement as it is just impossible for the government to cope up without voluntary participation of the common people. more
The deaf and incapable govt will not do anything. they are very keen to run a train faster and faster but will not do anything for thousands and thousands of train which are not cared in do many aspects like safety cleanliness comforts etc. more
