Disbursement of Pension
I was working with a cement company in Satna, MP till first week of March 2018. My all PF accumulations of previous organisations were transferred at EPFC, Jabalpur. I was perusing EPFC , jabalpur since 2015 for disbursement of pension and submitted 10 D form two times. Both Time they replied that apply where you have completed 58 years of service and rejected 10D form. I also applied to EPFC, South Delhi where I completed 58 years of service. EPFC, south Delhi also rejected 10 form saying that there is no record with us.Then I wrote to grievance cell. As per them , the disbursement of pension will be done by EPFC , Jabalpur. But they declined that system is not allowing as 58 years were completed at EPFC south Delhi.
I withdraw my all PF accumulations in Dec.2017 beyond which i was not entitled for interest on it. Then I applied EPFC, Jabalpur form 13 for transfer of details to EPFC south delhi. This also was rejected by EPFC, Jabalpur saying account settled.
Now i am in a fix what to do? EPFC, Jabalpur not responding further and not guiding at all. I also wrote central Grievance Cell. They also wrote to EPFC, Jabalpur to reply. But EPFC, Jabalpur is silent.
I need guidance if any body can help in this matter. more

You have gone through all the hazzles which EPFO subjects every subscriber. If you have UAN number please try applying online. EPF Jabhalpur has to process the pension since all the previous EPF accounts have been transferred to Jabhalpur. more

Ramesh Kumar Singh, you are either trying to prove that you are right or trying to turn away your eyes from the fact. It was done for me 10 years back, and I am sure what Shyam is saying may be right also. You can not neglect anybodies opinion just by being forceful. Please verify your facts and then write or help in correcting the system instead of being a blind advocate of the system which has lots of inherent challenges. PF departments wrong doings is known by anyone in this country. Please correct them, before being forceful. more

One option is to address the grievance to CPFC new delhi. They would direct the concerned office. Pension is given from the last PF office from where you retired. So technically all the pension accumulations and records have to be transferred to last point from where pension has to start. Though the procedure is simple PF officers make it look like you have to climb mount Everest. Indian bureaucracy, corrupt to the core. more

ब्रिज किशोर जी, आप पेंशन के लिए फॉर्म 10 D अपने अंतिम कम्पनी के माध्यम से ही भेजे, आप के लिखने से जाहिर होता है कि आप सीधे epfo को अपना पेशन फॉर्म भेज दिया है। फॉर्म 10 D के साथ और भी दस्तावेज लगते हैं जो आप की कम्पनी का काम है । अपने अंतिम कम्पनी को विश्वास में लीजिये क्योंकि बिना उनके सत्यापन तथा उनके तरफ से दाखिल होने वाले अन्य फॉर्म के बिना आप का पेंशन चालु नहीहो सकता , चाहे आप जितना भी प्रयास या शिकायत करले । more
