Dish tv trailer regulation violation

I'm a dish tv customer ,as per trai regulatory act i want to make my wish list for channels, for that purpose i call dish tv's customer care, but from there.....All d replies are confusing...They already gives channels to me as per their wish list...I don't know about some of that channel languages...I think d trai act says 100 free channels(25 ddchannels+75free channels)and we can change the 75 free channels as we like.in that way I give 75 channels that I want to see including some pay channels.then my subscription charge is increased.then i told to cc executive to change the pay channels that impose to me by them.then they confusing me and give their web adress to make my wish list ..Wth that I login in their site and change my cart....I change my basic tier 100 that they give to me.i re arrange 75 channels as I like .I choose only 98 channels the trai act says only Rs.131+18%gst for first hundred channels and we can change it also...But still now my charge is Rs290.i contact to cc of dish tv .Then they confusing me.. as per trai act today is the shifting day to new plan but till now...My setbox is not updated.i try to update then they message me that switch off and on and hold the 96 channel on for 15 minutes... There is no channel 96 in my dishtv.i again call cc and they said the new plan options in channel 999....But channel 999 is also not in my box....Please clarify and help me for getting channels as per my wish list at ₹131+18%gst from dish tv.i record the executives confusing conversations with me more

Yes there is confusion in this. more
Tatasky has provided list of channels for selection more
Yes You have to pay Mandatory/Minimum Rs 153.60 (Rs 130+18% GST) for first 100 Channels, Mandatory channels of Doordarshan are 25 which will be selected for you by default, other 75 channels you can select is of your choice either its FTA or Paid channels, If you choose FTA then no additional Channels Rs 153 would be monthly payable, If choose paid then additional charges would incurred as per Channels/Combo/Bouquet choose. If channels selected Beyond 100 then next 25 Channels additional Rs 20* would be charge, If Channels are less than 15 (if 114) the per channel Re. 1 would be charge. If HD Channels are selected then 1HD Channel would be considered as 2SD Channels. So Better option Choose Bouquet than an individual channels if possible like for eg. Sony Rs 19* + Sab Rs 19* = just 2 channels Rs 38+GST & if you choose Bouquet of Sony like Happy India 31 it will cost you Rs 31+GST total would be Rs 36.58 & you'll get almost 8-9 Channels like Sony, Sab, Max, Yay, Wah etc. Best think is select your 75 Channels either FTA or paid & make your pack as per your wish. (*indicates additional GST) more
These seem to be mere teething problems! It is but normal that one would resist any "change", especially when one is rather ignorant about the future benefits that may accrue due to such change and that the existing players are reluctant to part with their unjust enrichment! Perhaps, in the coming days when customers fully migrate to the new regime, they may applaud the TRAI. more
No cheers from customers of Cable operators as their bills will be increased by at least by Rs. 150-200 per month.. more
Please clarify that whether customer has to pay for (channels + NCF)+GST or only for channels+GST. Minimum of Rs 153 is arrived from channel charges (Rs 130)+GST 18%. To my understanding I have to pay the total of the pay channels (maximum amount 130) + 18% which will lead to Rs 153. Please clarify if I am wrong..... more
it will be easy for all consumers if dish tv provides us the detail of the bouquet along with the channels they are offering one can delete the channels not required and ask for revised cost to be paid , more
