District Management- a new way
Make India More Effective----- Generate District Minister- District Ministry.
Create District minister or appointee like rajyapal or appointed elected minister or member . This District Ministry will be under Central Govt .control. create
district ministry at center to regulate such ministry at district level, District Minister should have IAS category staff for Roads- Irrigation and agriculture, transport, railway,police,industry,power ,education , medical ,telecom, civil supplies , forest . all zilla parashid structure should be abolished
for every area two IAS rank officials and there staff to control and develop the district directly with there staff . state govt should act to coordinate dist only for any dispute and queries .
This will make India work efficiently and modern /advance way more

District Minister or Ministry will implement central govt policy for growth and efficiency. It can implement its growth plan sanctioned by central govt. Total efficiency. more

No need of state govt to coordinate- areas like human resources can be under such ministry also - Hr for everything - foreign immigrations . more

strongly elaborate this governance.Bring all Municipal and tahisil -gram panchyat under District Minister or district ministry -- this will help people to govern &develop district for all areas . short /easy access of people for there troubles and queries . even every district should have company law office - all planning to development done at district level . more
