Attached, please find the collective views on the formation of Divisional Communities in Railways.

The same is being shared with Minister of Railways and the senior leadership team for their review and action.

Railway must do regular Physical maintenance (Not just on paper) of all equipments periodically as recommended by the manufacturer guidelines. Order the equipments, assembly or spare part well in time, after calculating Market and Administrative lead time. Arrange for the manpower for the work to be carried out. Make a proper good planning and schedule. Do not just change spare part but try to change the whole assembly do not to save small cost but big lost to the assembly or expensive part in near future. Stop train reservation well in advance. Inform all the respective authority. Make announcement in all the media for the cancelation of the train with due reason. So no one will be affected and passengers will make their alternative arrangement for them. more

online booking of unreserved tickets and platform tickets must be allowed to reduce rush on the queues because early morning its not possible to reach desired station and take tickets as well and it will promote paperless ticketing more
