Divisive forces at work

Statement of chief of Army that Madarasas ,schools are teaching ,inculcating hatred towards InDia and radicalising the young are to be viewed seriously . Cctvs,listening devices,intelligence,weeding out teachers of dubious reputation, finally closure if needed will help in reducing the problem. Putting down anti national views ,flags of enemy countries,seminars discussing ind pak border dispute are to be viewed seriously and subversionists arrested. Award of scholarship ,free excursions to good Indian cities,holding peace rallies , granting Kashmiri’s jobs in non Jand K areas are some of these pacifying measures against spreading of extremism in young minds. more  

It is puzzling to note that The Kashmir issue is getting more complex.The powers who are administering think that by expressing their sympathies to the slain terrorists families they are showing empathy whereby they are pointing to GOI as the perpetrators of excesses by uniformed forces ! What a tragedy ! Is there a Trojen horse in Kashmir! The congress party is shedding crocodile tears instead of supporting the GOI. There are attacks daily on forces being boldly claimed by extremist elements across borders. The local lads play cricket in a friendly tournament and wear Pak uniform,salute Pak flag and stand to attention on playing National anthem of Pakistan! Are we living in a independent democratic country ? To allow all types of anti national activities freely while US has shown its stick to Pak and even Iran,Palestine . We need to stand by the very strong response that GOI is giving to our enemies . Enough is enough.All right minded citizens must condemn the parties who are acting as traitors and help the government in facing a tough situation. more  

1. S.C., Parliament and Legislating Houses, and even the Presidents of the Nation could not curb Using of Castes against to Constitutional Text. S.C./S.T., i.e., those of Scheduled Areas only were signified while all other Articles Specifically set the Backward Classes and Weaker Sections. This is irrespective of Caste, creed, Gender and Place. 2. The Congress Party shall be held responsible for inducting, carrying , highlighting Castes and Caste based Communities differentiating in the Indian Society for various Provisions of Economic Benefits . 3. The congress Party and their allies cognizantly stand as wholly responsible for dilution in Fraternity that afraid by Dr. Ambedkar ; and, continued clashes between Communities and caused for many Social and National ills. S.C. Judgments on Education and Educational Qualifications ; Reservations deleting Economic Creamy layer from Castes ; Uniform Civil Code to curb Religious discrimination and injustice to Women and Children IN THE YEARS 1973, 85, 93 AND 1995 prove the neglect of the then Executives and Legislating Houses . 4. Since the Start of Rule under the adopted constitution in 1950, Firstly Religions were set to rivalry on one pretext or the other ; Secondly, the Communities were set for rivalry between Castes JUST FOR POLITICAL VOTE BANKING HUNGER . True and very Correct . Dr. Ambedkar's warning "" Castes are anti-national because they create jealousy and antipathy AND ON THE OTHER way also Castes are anti-national since they create rivalry between Castes to Castes "" ALSO WAS NOT CARED AT ALL BY CONGRESS AND THEIR ALLIES SINCE 1951, in 60s ; in 80s ; and, in 90s . The Record of Supreme Court is the cognizant proof for the above facts on ground . 5. THE CARRY OF RELIGIOUS UNRESTS ; DIVISION IN COMMUNITIES are truly the politically set instigations for never ending Special Treat of Certain Castes and Communities etc., . 6. Yes. very true . Citizen ignored for Free Education . Citizen neglected for Aided Education Citizen economic capacity kept away from Private Education. College and Universities became far away for Talent/Merit Students ADDED TO THESE, PDS, GAS, GRANTS etc., were set for continuous Corruption and Black Money. Natural Treasure like Minerals, Metals, National Income and Wealth of Forests and Forest Produces set for continued Robbery and Smuggling. 7. ALL THESE MADE THE COMMON PEOPLE TO POOR AND POOR TO POOREST AND THUS SUFFER , STRIVE AND STARVE . But, the ills are being set and goaled at Caste, Community and Religion . Citizen must be awaken of these political ills of these 69 years and brought in awareness of the Facts that the Dalits even at at 1947 comprise the majority in population and even now, they are at Majority . BUT, THE CAUSE FOR NON DEVELOPMENT IN THEM AND THEIR STATUS IS THE """ ILL-FULL, PURELY SELFISH, POLITICALLY PREFERRED RULE """ of Congress and their Allies alone. the issue of Citizen Status that shall be , that was set aside in the Rule, is really the issues mentioned in the above POINT No. 6 OUR CONSTITUTIONAL ARTICLES EMPOWERED S.C. AS THE GUARDING AUTHORITY OF THE CONSTITUTION AND APPLICATION OF ITS PROVISIONS AND, THERE IS ABSOLUTE NEED OF apex court to involve in Peace , Curb , Ban , and Arrest rivalry on Religions ; rivalry between Communities and Castes . Dr. Ambedkar's deep and great concern of curbing jealousy, antipathy, and rivalry between Castes, between communities and even between Religions to re-instate and UPLIFT FRATERNITY more
