in most of the cases MC or mediation if done in a mature manner and sympathetic to each other would result in a better outcome. However cases such as one spouse asking the other (especially in case of ladies ) make demands which are unreasonable like demanding a house, car, in addition to the money (one time) etc. I feel even an MC should have a very mature approach ...sometimes one may not even need mediation of a third party if the husband and wife forget about material gains and just look at the needs ...life is too short to seek max. of a person or give min. to a person .......like they say "all should be fair in love and war " more

This comment is being written with due apology to all those who feel hurted. One of the advocate from the side of bride tells the opposite side husband that he should add Rs. 20,000/- for him at the time of mediation/settlement else he would not allow the mediation to be succeeding. Let me mention here that this is not an isolated example but I have heard many such example from horses mouth itself. No further addition to the many more facts please.
