DM order to RWAs of Noida to widen entrance gates of sectors

Understand there is some order of Sep or Oct by DM office advising RWAs to widen entrance main gates of sectors as that would improve security.
Can I have exact details of what the order says?

Following are 9 points -- (As I mentioned earlier it doesn't specifically talk about widening of gates or roads) RWAs need to enclose their sectors and movement should be thru proper gates only ( on the lines of sectors 14, 15A, 51, 82 and 55) 2. Main points like Chaurahas or markets in the sector should be put under the surveillance of CCTV camera. 3. "You are under CCTV camera surveillance" - such boards should be prominently displayed in the sector. 4. At least two Security Guards on cycles or motorcycles should patrol the Sectors and keep the Sector under watch. 5. Residents of the sector need to put stickers on their vehicles and this is mandatory. 6. Outside vehicles should be allowed entry in the sector only after proper "poochtach" at the gates of the sector. 7. Vehicles without stickers should be marked and necessary action initiated. 8. Beat Constable / Chowki Incharge should frequently check the registers at the sector gates and ensure the RWAs are following the security related measures. 9. As regards the increase in crimes by teenagers, police deptt/ beat constables should mark these teenagers and counsel them from time to time. more
