Am a fitness freak. Go for a 10 km brisk walk every morning at 4 AM & back by 5.30 AM. Swallow mashed 3 cloves of garlic in water followed by a lukewarm water with one lemon. Eat healthy. sprouts, tomatoes, & vegetables. boiled chicken with pepper & salt. Plenty of water. Be always happy, no tension ever. take everything in your stride. your inner detachment should be stronger than your outwardly attachment. Be a performer & do all your duties religiously & to the best of your ability, leave the rest to God. Think always how best you can bring a smile to some one's face. To be happy in life, you have to make others happy. Mantra of life-- DO YOUR BEST & REJOICE WITH THOSE WHO DO BETTER. You pass through this life only once so make the best of present life & moment. A positive attitude to all events/ happenings & circumstances will see you victorious. Seek responsibility, challenges & difficult tasks, success will be yours. more

Thanks Arvind ji for this simple funda and i am sure all of us can try this out except the 10 kms walk ..........thanks for sharing .........i too walk every day upto 8 kms and make sure that more garlic and ginger is added in my day to day vegetables in some form or the other. You are right Sir that one should think fresh and always ignore the number factor( i mean the age) the more you think you are young you will remain young ever by heart.as well..... more
