Does Jio care?

Beware Reliance JIO FIBRE users. speed terribly slow, never rectified. If subscriber asks to terminate connection there is no response for months. Rs4500/- security deposit will remain stuck. Is this how jio cares? Please fix the mess. more

It is our fault that we easily get lured by the offers of the companies under the Reliance groups, which only know business and earned more and more profit only with least concerned for their consumers/subscribers. What happened to Jio connections initially offered for free for a couple of years? They have just started to tax the subscribers with Rs.0.06 a minute for voice calls and are reportedly planning to increase the charges by 300 to 400 times in the near future. Meanwhile, Jio has outnumbered all other service providers including the state hold BSNL. There will be no end of hunger of Reliance and we should be very cautious of being trapped by them. more
Why only jio ? Do Corporates care if you happen to be their customer ? incl GOI central govt only wanted power votes ? for their convinience they charge you latest ? AAP is much better atleast ? Banks specially Govt wala are becoming worse day by day - now till rs 5000 transaction no sms alert but they will charge qtly sms chatrges - excuses to charge without providing services ? frauds are happening for re 1 nowadays too ? more

My experience with Jiofiber care is also very bad. I have made a great mistake in opting for jio fiber, and since we cannot get refund of money all paid for one year, I have decided to stop services of jio fiber at the end of the year. I had some problem with Jio STB, when I complained to jiocare, they only ask various questions, only to confuse people and to show that they have replied within stipulated time without actually solving the problem. So I am living with my problem. more
