Does the Delhi Environment Minister’s approach makes sense
After 31st March, fuel will not be given to 15-year-old vehicles... There are some big hotels, some big office complexes, Delhi airport, big construction sites in Delhi. We are going to make it mandatory for all of them to immediately install anti-smog guns to control pollution at their places. We are going to make it mandatory for all the high-rise buildings in Delhi to install smog guns. We are going to make it mandatory for all the hotels in Delhi to install smog guns. Similarly, we are going to make it mandatory for all the commercial complexes... We have decided today that we will take whatever permission we need for cloud seeding and we will ensure that when there is severe pollution in Delhi, rain can be caused through cloud seeding and pollution can be controlled..."

In Delhi due to AAP Govt.the system of functioning which was in place at the time of Shiela Dixit regime had gone for six which needs to be brought to its old normal by the newly elected BJP Govt. The BJP is working hard now to bring back the entire system to its normal. The idea of anti smog guns to be fitted on all govt.,commercial,hotels buildings will bring drastic change in the atmosphere of Delhi. It's a noble idea but needs to be stringently followed by the monitoring agencies by giving them procicution powers. We also like to bring into the notice of newly elected govt.to not to ban new generation privately owned diesel/petrol Cars for creating pollution as these cars are not creating pollution. We request u to bring this point also in your petition.

It is a very good step to curb pollution, provided the government is serious in enforcing these steps....... One has to take harsh measures to acheive long-term benefits..... I support it completely

Pollution in Delhi of air , water is major problem. The smog guns are once a while seen on roads , The place where traffic jams is regular or AQI remains high regular smog guns must work , vehicle pollution is also a cause spl by two wheeler and car ( never servicing done by owners ) Water treatment plant must be installed in every industrial area so that Yamuna do not get untreated water .Pollution deptt officials must be given target for revenue collection due to challan on industries violating norms . Check on officials must be there.

Why not water harvesting should be first implemented in Delhi? It will help in improving water level in Delhi.
