Keep in mind that drinking water is the best way of detoxification of your body. Drink as much of water as possible. Always keep a glass or bottle of water handy through out yourwaking hours and also next to your bed. Whenever you feel like taking something, snack or others just have a mouthful of water and it would not only help you avid snacks but also detoxify your body. Stick to your two major and two minor meals of the day viz breakfast and lunch & evening tea and dinner respectively. You will be able to see the difference. Reduce intake of Aata/maida etc to a minimum and crospondingly increase your intake of vegitable, dal etc. To do this, eat the roti as a roll, by biting into it and taking vegitables & side dishes by the spoon. See how fast they vanish and you would not need another roti !!! Weight shall vanish as fast as you reduce roti. more
I participated in a Yoga for weight loss programme three years ago. Apart from the yoga practice, they suggested drinking warm water - 12 to 15 glasses a day and following certain eating habits.
