Dog City in UP

Request to State Government that along with smart cities please construct one DOG City , where all Stray Dogs from state can be kept and all Dog lovers can visit that city as per their suitable time , and municipal corporation can charge dog cess from every property owner in the state. The attached videos shared by Sneha Goyal are horrendous. All dog feeders what if the children in here were yours? more

Europe does not have STRAY dogs, since strays are not allowed to survive. People either have to adopt them, if they want to feed them...... OR..... the dogs are finished. more

This does not seem to be a problem of government slowing NGOs. It seems to be failure on the part of local municipal bodies who are unable to contain strays. The videos are shocking. more

Let Menaka express her feelings through a response for a permanent remedy. I go to Europe every year and don't find any street dog or any other animal outside in any city or village. more
