You should go to consumer court under consumer protection act and I can guarantee you that you will get your money back or new phone. more
flipkart must have given u a bill. pl sue them. also go to consumer court more
I am also really disappointed with Flipkart. I purchased a 22K fitness watch and received a pile of papers stuffed in a Flipkart box. They are investigating and giving promises, but no sign of a resolution. Their promises are like their boxes - full of trash! My tweet to Flipkart - https://twitter.com/deepakjoshi1/status/1115821647435587585 Full story here - http://bit.do/Flipkart-Is-Fraudkart more
Flipkart i had similar issues when i bought a vu tv 55 inches. This company needs to be fined more
This is not the single incidence , I experienced there are no. of such complains in recent months on Consumer Circle, till the time why you consumer have not taken a lesson out of it? why such issue is frequently coming up? It's your choice to buy or not? In India, is there any honest & transparent trade practice? Such E commerce/Service is always good, so far honest practice exists. One should have a very bad experience from the services of DTH in recent months. Now slowly changing the practice, yet to come up. I always advise don't purchase costly items from such organisation as they never accept their deficiency in service/delivery. more
