Dont make old vehicles NOC a reason for bribery
So 10 year old diesel and 15 year old petrol vehicles are banned to ply in Noida. We have 50000+ such vehicles in the city and apparently one needs a NOC to take it else where to other districts in UP or outside.

I am fully supportive to the views of sh. Dharam pall Prashar Life of a vehicle especially the private vehicles alone cannot be the yardstick to arrive at the conclusion for banning these vehicles from roads. The government should think to work on some alternate solutions. I would have suggested to look at the total mileage that a particular vehicle has plied but the odo cam easily e tampered more

It is a very appropriate solution. Rather more and more services at the RTO must be made online. Corruption is rampant. No work can be done without a tout more
