Don't understand LG Delhi
The thought process of Delhi's LG is that of a typical babu (thats what he has been all his life and hence can't think any better).
Kejri govt is approving free tests for all residents of Delhi at Govt hospitals and if Govt hospitals cant do it then at empanelled private hospital but LG says add an income criteria to it so upper middle class dont get free tests. Issue is moment you add income certification someone in urgent need of a medical test first needs to go to a SDM to get income certified.
Start another loop of corruption and bureaucracy. LG needs to get out of this thinking and start thinking how quickly people can be served. more

Availability of Medical Treatment and associated health services should be ensured to one and all. In principle, I do not agree for any free facility. Citizens must know the value of each and every thing they get in the society and should pay the cost of the same. Now comes the issue of helping those who can not afford the cost of services or facilities. Let the government pay the amount to the needy people compensating their cost directly against registered IDs (Aadhaar Card or PAN Card or Government IDs) of the citizens of a specific state or place. State Governments must bring a system in place to identify the citizens and their status including residential address if it really intends to extend the services to the citizens. more

Mr. Shiv Sood: Why do you consume so much water. 20 KL per month is free in Delhi courtesy AAP Government. I do not pay anything for water consumption so do others who choose to consume water carefully. more

Big corruption is involved in this as well. Kejri Govt want to enlist hospitals and get big amount from them. Their party people will get immediate treatment and rest will run here and there. Kejri Govt run on free bies. My water bill is thrice the bill I use to pay. The big question is why they are not increasing the facilites at Govt hospitals. Dr.are not getting their saleries and Delhi Govt will pay pvt hospital for treatment. Big JOKE. more

Sorry, It is factually not correct. They are in power & they can get themselves treated well at govt. hospitals. They are thinking of general public but the LG is just trying to derail each & every act of the Govt. If LG has to do each & every thing then why there is huge expenditure on taxpayers iro electing & maintaining a full cabinet in Delhi more
