Dont use masks with valves like n-95

In latest guidance, CDC recommends that people wear masks in public settings and when around people who don’t live in your household, especially when other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain.
Masks may help prevent people who have COVID-19 from spreading the virus to others.
Masks are most likely to reduce the spread of COVID-19 when they are widely used by people in public settings.
Masks should NOT be worn by children under the age of 2 or anyone who has trouble breathing, is unconscious, incapacitated, or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance.
Masks with exhalation valves or vents should NOT be worn to help prevent the person wearing the mask from spreading COVID-19 to others (source control). more

Learning from the experience, nothing is clear till date about COVID cloud. more
After all the Face Book scientists and research scholars unanimously agree what kind of mask is to be worn to protect me from those who are poisonous than Covid-19 (or 90), I shall decide what to wear as a mask. more
Yes, no no for Masks with Exhalation valves for virus has been accepted . As the valves are meant to filter the air and send in good air . But it lets out unfiltered air exhaled by the breather . If the breather is infected with Virus he/she will let out the virus into atmosphere and expose others to Virus. We are also advised to take breaks from mask to reduce build-up and extended exposure to carbon dioxide, which gets exhaled with every breath. more
