The RTI Draft should be in such a way that the illegal elements like Muscle Power, Money Power and Corrupt politicians should not misuse and create problems to common man.... more

Military Secretary's Branch at Army Headquarters should be brought under full control of RTI act. Matters concerning Army personnel officers are the main cause of did-satisfaction where most of undue favors and biased action get swept under the excuse of secrecy. This is very harmful in the long interest of Nation. There is no operational secrecy involved with it.
