Drawbacks if Jallikattu is banned

1. Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra farmers culture and the very old festival, our heritage will be loosed.
2. Already one part of Tamil Nadu has lost one of the cow breed. If these festivals has been banned then many more cow breeds, and the few genes (hormones which exist in a cow to fight) of the cows (in case of Hens too, Hens based games are also being stopped) will disappear which is a great loss in terms of Bio-Diversity. The question of the people was what is the necessary for the Jersey breed cow to get imported from the foreign countries? It was also told that the medical expenses for the jersey breed are very high even that is being imported from the other countries. The climatic condition of India suit our breed cows and not for the jersey type cows which suits foreign climates. When there is increase in import of these things then the import will exceed more than export which leads to decrease in economical growth of India which is now moving towards the slogan “Make in India”.
3. Even in Olympics there are controversies of liquor and performance enhanced drugs, whether those games in Olympics are being banned?? The steps to eradicate these problems are only sorted.
4. The current procedure of the Jallikattu has enhanced the Team work and skill development of the people who involve in catching the Bulls. i.e., when a cow comes out of the room to the ground, People their watches the way the bulls come out. Different bulls have different way of fighting.
One type of bulls will protect them by throwing the people sitting on their top, still if the guy is able to control the bull is efficiency of finishing the job even after many struggle is proved.
Few of the bull’s defenses towards left hand side and few defenses on their right hand side and all this will be unanalyzed by the players who are mostly youngsters (if wanted please do not allow married men to participate) and team work of analyzing the bull will be done so as to make one of the guy to catch the bull.
5. Since people who care bulls know how to take care of the Bulls, when the same bulls are being watched by the doctors who treat animals then there will be increase in employment in that field. Few of the employment opportunities can be created and the skill development of the youngsters can be enhanced.
6. It was told by many people that even car race is very risky and the people who die are not being published. People who play cricket, foot ball, hockey, etc are they not undergoing physical problems. What is the life existence of the people who play these games very rudely and what are the physical problems they are undergoing? The way foot ball was played hurts many people and they even died but the rules made the game exist till date. Why not the same steps not taken for this jallikattu. The betting which takes place in games like cricket are being accepted why the same not being done in case of Jallikattu??
7. It was told that 3 bulls were died in Jallikattu. Whether reasons for the death is identified. Is the mistake made by the doctor who failed to report about the bulls health or by the players who did not follow the rules?? Depending upon this the rules of the Jallikattu can be changed as government does in all other games particularly in case of Foot Ball, Hockey. Etc.
There are much more positives if Jallikattu is not banned and lot of other losses the country might face if Jallikattu is Banned. Hope Supreme Court and the government should think about the positive side of these festivals and allow this in the future.

According to me the PETA should not only ensure the count of the cow is not getting reduced, but should also look after whether breeds and their heritage behavior are being maintained. This is something like though we have many hybrid plants we still fight to safe guard the original breed of plants which can produce the fruit with complete nutrition that a man can consume to keep himself healthy.

These are based on my analysis and people's feed back. Few experts have data that supports to continue Jallikattu in Tamil Nadu. Then on what basis Supreme court has banned this festival of heritage??? more

Just like the energies of Human beings when compared to even 100 years ago due to the individual tastes and modern lively-hood Habits besides the Food Habits , The Proud India is bent to loose the energies of the Cattle , the prime Feeding and Farming Agents for Human Life . Really , though recently the Cattle are being in many places feeded with the leftout and waste Non veg. and other food items of various Restaurants duly watering , heating etc., for increasing the milk yield and Fat in the Milk , NO GOVERNMENT ORGAN IS TAKING ANY ACTION FOR THE QUALITY AND UNCONTAMINATED MILK SUPPLY EVEN TO INDIAN BABIES AND CHILDREN . The Supreme Court is to be contested with by eminent Advocates in this issue to save not only the Culture and Heritage of India , but also the HEALTH & ENERGY IN INDIA TO LIVE . more

If people find any of these points to be wrong please convey to me so that even I will come to know what is the actual situation. I say this just because we public for which Parliament and Supreme court are functioning, when any steps are taken or new things are introduced or any products are being banned, we the public are not being intimated about these news. Then why these good steps are being taken after long discussion in parliament by the ministers and their works results in 0 implementation. more
1. When their was a loss of Birds that too rare species were lost during the placement of Tower for Technology, what was PETA's reaction and even if they were opposing it currently many more tower for providing mobile and internet connection to the villages for communication purpose is getting implemented. Are the PETA people not utilizing any service offered through Towers which has killed many birds??? 2. Please stop making cinema hero's and heroines to link with PETA. Are they not using dresses made using wool or creams that are being made using plants or animals. huge foreign investments are utilized for forest projects are they being utilized by the states effectively??? Have they given any good results, if not What steps was taken to safe guard those plants. Even now rubber production is being done, if we don't utilize those plants it will be used for firing purpose, but the same should not be used productively. 3. When it comes to sheep production, when the wool is being removed from the sheep, whether it grows again?? If so the nature has created for the utilization of sheep's skin. Every time it is said that animals die where are the doctors who should look after the health condition of the animals. It was also heard that their are lot of government doctors appointed what are their responsibilities in handling animals?? 4. PETA has worked for years to protect animals against cruelty is for well and good then whether the count if the animals has gone up or it is decreasing day by day. Their motive is to stop cruelty but if it is being destroyed and completely vanishes they have no problem. Is that PETA works for??? 5. We have not received any single point which made Supreme court to Ban this festival. My humble request please share on what basis the judgement was given so as stop this festival. Based on that we are ready to bring answer or solution to the problems. Whether the judgement was made available to the Tamil Nadu government, in turn the same was intimated to the concern officials or not?? If it was informed to the state then why steps was not taken immediately and now every minister pretend as if they are struggling for making this festival success. whether politics plays big role in toughing the feeling of these farmers. In era of technology, as government knows we are facing lot of technical issues in many sectors we are not banning any system but trying to bring the solution. 6. This festival not only speaks about the cultural heritage of Tamil Nadu it gives us mental strength, unity, skill development, etc., In kudangulam nuclear power station, their was lot of strikes, fasting and at last it was said that back ground of America was the problem. Now we get the news that more and more units are being functioned still we have not received any news that the power shorrtage has been reduced. As public understanding the feelings of Tamilians who wishes to conduct the Game, I humbly request the PETA to take steps in removing the tower which has resulted in losing man rare species of the Birds and then take steps to stop Jallikattu. more
Adding to the above appoints what is the cruelty defined by the PETA. When there was no tractors it was Bulls used by the farmers, when there was no lorry or car or mini van, it was only the Bull which was used for transport facilities. Only when their is a invention to replace the animal will the PETA will think about the cruelty??? Their is another talk on cruelty that though cow saves milk for its cub by its own, now a days milk is taken from the Jersey cows by machines. Is that not cruel??? Why are the milk producers not using their hands. So as to fasten the process and earn good income. What steps PETA has taken to stop this??? This issue has been raised in 2014 and the supreme court banned the game and the state government passed a bill from its power, just because it was short time for the supreme court to decide its judgement. Why was the game got banned on 2015??? WHy was the investigation on this was not continued on 2014. It was only the government had a change due to election what about the supreme court methods to finish the case. Every time people where put into trouble. It is the duty of the supreme court to keep control of the law at the right time. But they are delaying the judgement to many years that every time people are jumping into fasting and they are actually playing on the feelings of the Tamil Nadu people. Every issue of India is being compared with the foreign countries. One of the foreigner in discovery channel is covering a story that manual work in railway Loco works is giving employment opportunities where as if the machine is involved work goes on but no employment opportunity.. Same way when we secure our heritage festival let the foreigners take us as an example and not ban bullfighting. If fighting against bull was expressed by the foreigners as wrong one, it was also said that Tamilians are Barbarians as they perform bull fighting, then what we should say about terrorism particularly America bomb blasted on Japan, a man hunting. Whether America was punished economically for its terrorism by the world courts?? When bulls were fighting for nearly 2000 years what makes the AWBI to say that the bulls are not suited for races. Which means the ban on jalliattu has made the bulls to lose the gene of fighting in the cow. more
